These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user ("User" or "you") of the nagab 88 platform ("Platform") and the authority operating the Platform ("nagab 88" or "we"). By creating an account on the Platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

nagab 88 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in Bengali for Bangladeshi users. These Terms take the highest priority and override any guidelines displayed on any page or section of the Platform.

If any part of these Terms is translated into a language other than Bengali, the Bengali version shall be considered final. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time; continuing to use the Platform after any change means you are considered to have agreed to the updated Terms.

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account on nagab 88 you must be 21 years of age or older. A person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently closed and any stored balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure as well as forfeiture of any stored funds. We may request a copy of a national ID card or passport at any time for identity verification.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per household, per device or per IP address. In exceptional cases, the user must contact the support team in advance.

nagab 88 prohibits minors (under 21 years of age) from participating in any gaming or betting activities. To confirm age, we may request a photo ID, birth registration certificate or any other government-issued document as needed. Withdrawals and other activities may be temporarily suspended until age verification is complete.

If a minor has opened an account by any means, all funds in that account will be returned and no withdrawal will be approved.

nagab 88 will never ask for your password or OTP by email, SMS or chat. If you receive any such message, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us directly.

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on nagab 88 is ৳500. The currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Each deposit is added to the account balance once confirmed.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be completed.

5.3 Identity Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, additional documents may be requested to confirm the account holder's identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — withdrawals must always be made using the same method used for the deposit.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

nagab 88 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus will be added automatically on the first deposit only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the bonus wagering requirements.
• nagab 88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus immediately if any irregularity or fraud is detected in bonus activity.
• If the same person claims bonuses through multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• Separate terms may apply to the VIP weekly cashback and other promotions.

7.1 Game Results

All game and betting results are recorded on nagab 88's servers and are final. We reserve the right to correct any result displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

7.2 Bet Cancellation

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be returned to the user's account. However, if an event has been partially completed or has progressed sufficiently for a score to be determined, the bet may stand.

7.3 Multi Bets and Accumulators

All selections in a multi bet must win for the entire bet to be won. If even one selection loses, the entire bet is void. All events included in a multi bet must be independent of one another.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nagab 88 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the platform's software.
• Using third-party bots or automated software.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Systematically manipulating bets through the platform for commercial gain.

If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance will be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

9.1 Closure by nagab 88

In the event of a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless the breach is serious enough to warrant forfeiture of funds.

9.2 Closure by the User

The nagab 88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses caused by technical issues, internet disconnection or problems with third-party services.
